• The Fund’s investment policy is to invest in MONTE ROSA VI (the ""Master Fund""), a compartment of MONTE ROSA II, SICAV-RAIF established under the laws of Luxembourg as the Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) in the form of a public limited liability company and managed by Pictet Alternative Advisors (Europe) S.A. , an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM).
